There was a comment in the thread on another windows forum on how to make the PC browser modification and I did not make any notes. There is supposed to be a way to modify a PC browser or use an Apple computer or some other method that allows the download of 1607 from the same Microsoft website: There are some people that still prefer 1607 and that is the information that I am seeking in this thread.
